AlarmMode - (we-you)

A lot of people around Europe think that Iceland is a "land on emergency". Probably, beside the volcano's activity, there has been also the component of economic collaps to suggest this image to the people to which I've been talking about my incoming residence here.
Anyway I was sure that the perception was wrong and I choose to represent this mistake with a ironic video (I hope that I didn't fail in my attempt) in which some student, which came here from Reykjavik for studies reasons, and some local people mimic with their voices the "sound of alarm" as they imagined it could sound like. As you could see, or better, listen in this video (that I consider a sound art project like other artworks that you can find in the videotrack section) the most common idea of alarm for this people is the sound of ambulance siren, or even the clock alarm sound they listen every morning.
